Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Life Inspired Coordinator to support activity planning and execution for residents. You will work with the Life Inspired Director to design programs that nurture social, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, fostering enthusiasm and participation in community events.

• Experience coordinating activities for groups or individuals in a care or community setting.
• Ability to plan and execute engaging programs for residents.
• Strong interpersonal skills to recruit, train and manage volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily activities for residents solo or with a team.
• Assist Life Inspired Director in designing and delivering plans, programs and events that meet residents' social, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff and the community served.
• Support activity calendar creation, communications and orientation materials.
• Coordinate special events, outings, birthdays and anniversaries to generate participation.

The Life Inspired Coordinator will assist the Life Inspired Director design and execute plans, programs and events that meet the required needs of the community members such as socially, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
