Responsibilities

Compensation

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available - no cold calls. The average commission is around $450-$600 per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week. Part-time agents make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year, while full-time agents make approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. Agency owners, who have been working for a few years and are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year. Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
