Blaine Carragher - State Farm Agent in Westchester, IL seeks a Life/Health Insurance Position Team Member to help our business grow through value-based conversations and a remarkable customer experience.

As part of the agent's team, you will build relationships, develop leads, and work toward marketing goals while obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses.

This role offers income potential with base salary plus commission and growth opportunities within the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred in outside/inside sales or retail or telemarketing.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about how insurance and financial products help people manage risks.
• Self-motivated and able to present to potential customers.
• Experience in marketing.
• Property & Casualty license (current).
• Life & Health license (able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance options, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach.
• Work with the agent to set marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products.
