Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance options and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
• Work with agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, market products.
