Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review complaints for compliance with applicable laws and determine eligibility.
• Interview policyholders/claimants to gather information on rejected claims.
• Evaluate coverage, exclusions, and payments; cite Georgia Code as needed.
• Analyze facts and evidence to determine if coverage applies.
• Draft clear responses to inquiries and generate required reports.
