Job summary

Meadow Lakes, a Springpoint Senior Living community in East Windsor, NJ, is seeking a Full Time year-round Lifeguard to supervise indoor and outdoor aquatic amenities and ensure resident safety. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00–3:00, and 8:00–4:00 during Memorial Day to Labor Day, with duties including surveillance, emergency response, incident reporting, and occasional gym duties.

Requirements include CPR/AED certification and a current lifeguard certificate.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED Certified.
• Current and valid nationally accredited Lifeguard Certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and assist residents and staff with aquatic amenities.
• Maintain constant surveillance of the aquatic facility and respond to emergencies.
• Provide emergency care until EMS arrives.
• Complete incident reports and report issues to the Fitness Program Manager or department director.
• Perform water testing procedures, clean the pool desk and maintain equipment.
• Fill in at the workout room/gym as needed.

Meadow Lakes is seeking a Full Time year round certified Lifeguard to join our team!

(M-F, 8-3pm, then 8-4pm Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in East Windsor, NJ. At Springpoint, our Lifeguards are responsible for the supervision of all aquatic amenities, i.e. indoor and outdoor pool as well as the spa/hot tub, ensuring the safety of all community members by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet and provide assistance with regard to all aquatic amenities, programs and equipment to residents or staff.
• Maintain constant surveillance of the aquatic facility, act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
• Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Thoroughly complete any/all incident reports, report all injuries and/or equipment problems to Fitness Program Manager or appropriate department director.
• Complete all assignments during shift which may include water testing procedures, cleaning pool desk and maintaining equipment.
• Fill in as needed in our workout room/gym.

Education and Experience:

• CPR/AED Certified.
• Current and valid nationally accredited Lifeguard Certification.

Pay Range: $20.00 - 21.75 / hour
