Responsibilities

• Launch new groups including monthly launches and Rooted groups.
• Collaborate with the Groups Team to achieve goals.
• Develop Young Adult Ministry to increase participation in Life Groups.
• Participate in Leader Rallies and Discipleship Training.
• Conduct pastoral visits and lead through the ABCD Discipleship Pathway.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
