Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a cheerful Life Enrichment Assistant & Transportation Driver to enrich the lives of our residents. You will lead engaging activities, transport residents to events, and support a vibrant community atmosphere in a full-time role.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and passionate about senior care; training is provided for driving shifts and activity coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience; training provided for mini-bus transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident activities (Bingo, cooking, dancing, arts & crafts, karaoke, games).
• Plan seasonal celebrations and events; coordinate calendars and decorations.
• Transport residents to/outings using the community mini-bus.
• Support Life Enrichment team with creating memorable experiences.

We are currently seeking a cheerful, creative, organized, and motivated Life Enrichment Assistant & Transportation Driver who is passionate about enriching the lives of seniors and creating meaningful daily experiences for residents.

Schedule

Full-Time | Sunday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range

$17.50 - $19.50

What You’ll Do

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll help create a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere through activities, events, and resident-centered experiences.

Responsibilities Include

• Leading a variety of resident activities such as:
• Bingo
• Cooking & baking
• Dancing
• Karaoke
• Arts & crafts
• Games and social events
• Assist with planning seasonal celebrations, parties, and special events
• Encouraging resident participation and engagement
• Transporting residents to and from outings and activities using our community mini-bus
• Assisting with activity calendars, flyers, and community decorations
• Preparing snacks and activity supplies
• Building meaningful connections with residents
• Collaborating with the Life Enrichment team to create memorable experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior housing is a plus
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Driver’s License required [Must have at least 5 years of driving experience]
• Comfortable transporting seniors using our mini-bus (No special license required — training provided!)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
