Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to create meaningful activities for our senior residents. You will plan engaging events, lead programs, and foster a warm, inclusive community with empathy and creativity.

In this Full-time, in-person role at our Billings community, you will collaborate with residents and staff to design resident-centered activities, coordinate outings, crafts, and wellness sessions, and ensure every event reflects dignity and joy.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors or Memory Care is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging events including educational events, exercise, outings, arts and crafts, holiday festivities, and more
• Partner with residents and team members to create collaborative, resident-centered programs
• Encourage participation with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
• Prepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to each gathering
• Assist with transportation to and from community events

Position Overview

The Springs at Grand Park is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who’s not just interested in planning activities but is passionate about transforming them into memorable experiences. If the idea of bringing seniors' favorite hobbies, stories, and aspirations to life excites you, this could be the perfect role for you!

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday -

4 days a week
