Job summary

Laurus is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant at Lakeview, MI 48850. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday from 12pm to 5pm with pay of $14.30 per hour and benefits.

The position involves planning and assisting with activities for senior residents, supporting safety, and helping with transportation for outings. The ideal candidate has customer-focused compassion for seniors, can work independently and with a team, and is comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holiday hours.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
• Proficient in general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars; assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Assist with setup, cleanup and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
