Job summary

Ebenezer's Willows Bend in Fridley, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities that promote residents' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cognitive well-being.

You will lead social events, conduct exercise classes, coordinate with all departments, and assist with outings and family events, helping residents stay engaged and independent.

Qualifications

• Preferred 5 years of experience in life enrichment or related field.
• Ability to plan and lead activity programs for seniors.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Life Enrichment Director with planning and evaluating programming.
• Lead social events and activity programs.
• Conduct exercise classes for residents.
• Coordinate life enrichment activities with all departments.
