Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in working with elderly residents.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Life Enrichment/Recreation Director in assessing residents' interests and needs.
• Plan and provide therapeutic activities.
• Deliver activities supporting residents' physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Participate in one-on-one programs with residents as appropriate.
• Encourage participation and create an engaging, positive environment.
• Build relationships with patients, residents, families, and community.
• Support departmental programs, events, and activities.
• Maintain professional, respectful interactions with residents and staff.
