Casa de Flores Assisted Living Community in Morro Bay, CA is seeking a Life Enrichment Lead to lead daily resident activities, coordinate events, and foster an active, welcoming community.

This full-time role involves hands-on interaction, leading Activity Aide staff, planning calendars, and hosting special events, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Clearances: fingerprint background check, reference check, physical exam, TB clearance.
• Physical ability: lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily resident activities, games, social programs, entertainment, outings, and special events.
• Coordinate the monthly activity calendar and daily activity schedule.
• Assist with leading and coordinating Activity Aide staff.
• Organize, decorate, set up, and clean up community events.
• Take a leadership role in Monday, Wednesday & Friday Happy Hours.
• Coordinate holiday celebrations, Assisted Living Week, and special days.
• Encourage resident participation and create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain organized activity areas, supplies, equipment, and storage.
• Communicate with other departments.
• Jump in to help programs and events run smoothly.

Are you a positive, creative, energetic leader who loves working with seniors?

Casa de Flores is looking for a Life Enrichment Lead to help bring fun, connection, and purpose to the daily lives of our residents.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position — not a sit-behind-a-desk job! You'll be out in the community interacting with residents, leading activities, supporting the team, and creating events residents look forward to.
