Touchmark, LLC in Southwest Washington seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and implement engaging activities for residents across physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs. You’ll lead games, outings, and events with creativity and compassion, while ensuring confidentiality and safety.

Ideal candidates are flexible, team players with a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid training, and a clean driving record. Training for AIDS certification provided; non-CDL bus outings available.

Life Enrichment Coordinator

Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Life Enrichment Coordinator!

Looking for open Availability - able to work any day of the week - including weekends

generally the shifts will be the day shift with some excursions or events going late for a swing shift

The pay range for this position is $20.40 – $22.51 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.”

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will enrich lives every day by assisting in the planning and implementation of an activities program that will meet the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents. You will have the daily opportunity to exercise your creativity and your ability to encourage and motivate others, and to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their families.

Theideal candidatewill be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience working with a social or recreational activities program
• Enjoy working as part of a team to arrange, organize, and assist with activities both on and off campus, such as holiday and birthday celebrations, social events, community outings, and exercise programs
• Have a commitment to confidentiality in respect to resident status and medical history
• Have an excellent driving record - No moving traffic violations in the past three years, and be able to learn to drive our non-CDL bus for outings
• Be trained in CPR/First Aid and AIDS certified; we provide this training
• Possesses the ability to work independently, without supervision
• Be highly flexible and adaptable
• Enjoy leading games, brain games, hosting happy hours, parties, outings, and bingo
