Emporia Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center seeks an Activities Director to lead the facility's Activities Department, coordinating programs that meet residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, an ADC certification, and prior Activities Director experience in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
• ADC certification by NCCAP required or eligible.
• Experience as Activity Director in a Long Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Overall operations of the Activity Department including staff supervision.
• Develop and implement programs meeting residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Operate within budgetary guidelines and department policies.
