Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking an Activities Director to lead Life Enrichment programs that bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents at Homewood Health Campus.

You'll plan diverse activities, manage LEAs and volunteers, and monitor program effectiveness while maintaining high service standards and resident well-being. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative programming, and a genuine commitment to improving quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Preferred credentials CTRS, ADC, ACC, or CDP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as Activities Director.
• Must be 25+ years old with valid driver’s license for transportation roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Life Enrichment programs aligned with resident needs and standards.
• Create staff schedules and supervise Life Enrichment Associates (LEAs).
• Assess program effectiveness via feedback and surveys, implementing improvements.
• Address activity-related resident concerns within 24–48 hours.
• Promote events through newsletters and social media for residents and families.
• Lead, screen, train, and recognize volunteers to enhance offerings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation

OT license / Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR)

CTRS, ADC, ACC, or CDP credentials (preferred)
