Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities, events, and entertainment promoting socialization and well‑being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to residents’ cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusive options.
• Prepare activity spaces and organize equipment and supplies for each session.
• Lead and document individual and group activities such as arts, crafts, games, music, and exercise.
