Vista Pointe at Mira Loma seeks an experienced Life Enrichment/Activities Director to organize and facilitate activities that promote wellness for assisted living residents. You will support the Wellness Director, plan a balanced calendar, and ensure programs run seven days a week.

You will manage budgets, coordinate transportation, supervise Life Enrichment staff, and assist the sales team with tours and community marketing while upholding state regulations and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year working with the senior population.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate activities 7 days a week.
• Familiarity with resident-centered programming and budget management.

Aufgaben

• Plan and facilitate activity programs for assisted living residents.
• Create monthly calendars and coordinate events with departments.
• Monitor budgets and purchases for activities.
• Coordinate transportation and volunteer programs.
• Assist in marketing and tours when needed.
• Lead monthly Resident Council meetings and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety policies.
• Maintain pet care in the community and driver’s license requirements.
