Chateau Retirement Communities in Lynnwood, Washington, is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead the program and the team that brings residents’ interests to life through activities, outings, and events.

You will plan the monthly activity calendar, manage budgets, coordinate transportation, and collaborate with Marketing and other teams to create moments of joy and belonging for residents while ensuring safety and quality experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of long-term care experience; assisted living experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong creativity, initiative, organization, and communication.
• Experience using a computer for calendars and department work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and safety credentials.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, entertainment, special events, and outings for residents.
• Create the monthly activity calendar and help produce the community newsletter.
• Lead Life Enrichment staff and coordinate transportation staffing.
• Manage the activities budget and partner with Marketing and other teams.
• Coordinate safe outings and drive community vehicles as needed.
• Use resident feedback to keep improving the program.
