Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Active Living Coordinator to join our Active Living Department at Madison House. This full-time role involves designing, planning, and facilitating entertainment, events, and activities that enrich residents' lives.

You will engage residents individually and in groups, coordinate with the Living Well program, and collaborate with the Active Living Director and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large groups.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events.
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Active Living Coordinators, and Caregivers for the Living Well program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
