Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy preferred.
• Excellent customer service with a caring and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transportation to life enrichment activities.
• Evaluate residents to tailor meaningful programs based on interests and needs.
• Develop and display thematic decorations for occasions and holidays.
