Job summary

Benefis Health System is seeking an Activities Aide to plan and lead daily activities for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will assist residents to and from events and ensure active participation throughout activities.

You will work closely with residents and families to complete Life Enrichment assessments, aiming to enhance psychosocial well‑being and social engagement, while complying with all policies and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA Certification required or obtained within 3 months of employment.
• 3–5 years’ experience as an Activities Aide or Social Services Designee in Long Term Care preferred.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and leads activities and events for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assist residents to and from activities and during events to maximize engagement.
• Work one‑on‑one with residents and families to complete Life Enrichment assessments for psychosocial well‑being.
