Job summary

Navion of Cotswold is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join its rapidly growing team. The role oversees the Daily Life Enrichment program for our Assisted Living residents, ensuring residents are engaged daily. We seek an energetic, take-charge leader to guide activities and volunteers.

This is a Full-Time opportunity. Requires supervisory experience; high school diploma required, college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of job-related supervisory experience.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Proven ability to train and motivate volunteers and fellow team members to provide quality activity programming.
• Maintain all appropriate state level certifications or licenses.
• Knowledge of local state and federal regulations pertaining to resident care and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends to meet residents’ needs.

Responsibilities
