Georgetowne Place in Fort Wayne, IN, a premier retirement community, seeks empathetic staff to provide exceptional customer service and care to residents across Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

You will interact with residents and families, support personalized activity plans, and participate in mandated trainings to uphold safety and quality standards. Location-based eligibility applies.

• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
