Hours: Full Time. Full Benefits. Days (Position will require a 4-hour shift every other Saturday)

Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in working with older adults desired.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work hours and schedules.
• Knowledge of computer PC operations and software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook etc.
• Must possess and maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license in the State of Michigan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and the implementation of a diverse life enrichment program, meeting resident’s physical and social needs. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Aspire Rural Health System policies and procedures.
