Vibrant Life Senior Living in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create engaging activities that enhance residents’ daily life. The role focuses on planning group programs, one-on-one interactions, and special events to promote health, wellness, and meaningful relationships.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers a supportive team environment with opportunities to grow within a compassionate senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate personality with strong communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead fun, purposeful activities for residents.
• Encourage and motivate residents to participate.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities and outings.
• Set up and maintain activity spaces, supplies, and decorations.
• Help schedule performers, volunteers, and special events.
• Support the activity budget and purchase supplies as needed.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
