Vibrant Life Senior Living in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to bring joy, engagement, and meaningful activities to residents. You will design and lead group programs, coordinate one-on-one interactions, and arrange special events that enrich daily life.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in activities or senior living. You are compassionate, energetic, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate personality with strong communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun, purposeful activities for residents.
• Encourage and motivate residents to participate.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities and outings.
• Set up and maintain activity spaces, supplies, and decorations.
• Help schedule performers, volunteers, and special events.
• Support the activity budget and purchase supplies as needed.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
