Life Enrichment Coordinator Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a respectful and courteous manner
• Ensuring residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, sexual)
• Supporting residents' independent recreation based on individual preferences
• Respecting residents' rights to make personal choices in accordance with their service plan
• Attending all mandated in-service education programs per SSL, State, and Federal guidelines
