Life Enrichment Coordinator - LNA

Join our team at Woodridge! We're seeking a compassionate and creative Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and implement engaging activity programs for our residents. Working under the supervision of the Life Enrichment Director and Licensed Nurse, you'll plan and lead both group and individual activities that cater to the diverse needs of our residents. You'll also provide direct and indirect patient care within the scope of your Vermont LNA license while residents participate in these programs and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging group and individual activity programs.
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care during Life Enrichment activities, within LNA scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director and Licensed Nurse.
  • Document resident participation and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Current Vermont LNA license required.
  • Minimum six months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of care planning and documentation processes in long-term care.
  • Understanding of the aging process.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
