Qualifications

• Must hold an active MA CNA certification.
• Engage residents with upbeat energy.
• Minimum 1 year of Memory Care/Assisted Living/Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engaging recreational and therapeutic activities that support residents' needs and goals.
• Document participation and progress accurately.
• Coordinate and supervise group activities, events, concerts, and other activities, ensuring residents are escorted safely and engaged.
• Safely transport residents to outings and assist with transfers as needed.
