Job summary

StoryPoint West Milton is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and deliver engaging activities for residents in a senior living community. The role supports the Life Enrichment Director and team, handling planning, communication and some administrative duties while ensuring resident safety.

The position is part-time (3 days per week) with rotating weekends and shift times of 4:30p–8:30p or 10am–3pm, pay $16 per hour. Wages on demand available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate toward the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Support administrative tasks for the Life Enrichment department.
• Complete tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation for outings and related administrative tasks.
