Job summary

Seacrest Village in Encinitas, CA is seeking a Life Enrichment activities leader for a full-time AM shift. You will plan and lead stimulating activities that promote resident well-being in a warm, inclusive environment.

As part of a compassionate team, you will support residents through daytime, evening and weekend activities, assist with paperwork, and maintain electronic boards to keep everyone informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Leads and participates in individual and group activities as directed by Director of LE and Specialist in that levelof care.
• Will assist in planning and organizing the Life Enrichment activities.
• Provides and leads individual and group activities in the daytime, evenings & weekends.
• Will assist as needed with paperwork, attendance sheets, room and food requests and documentation ofresident’s plan of care.
• Maintains the Life Enrichment bulletin and electronic boards.
