Compensation: Starting pay is $16 - $18 / hour, depending on experience!

Position: This is a part-time weekend position working Saturdays and Sundays!

The Life Enrichment Assistant / Activities Assistant will engage residents in daily programming and entertainment. Assists the Director in creating activities tailored to meet the individualized needs of our residents. Familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia and a willingness to work with the elderly population are essential for this role.

The Life Enrichment Assistant / Activities Assistant will:

• Create and develop personalized programs for residents.
• Brainstorm event ideas using Partnership Profiles.
• Set up and break down materials for programs.
• Assist with resident outings.
• Track resident attendance and participation.
• Coordinate with DLE for activity supplies.
• Use Partnership Profiles to develop engaging programs for residents.
• Involve associates in programs to enhance the monthly calendar.
• Demonstrate the company's Positive Partnerships philosophy.
• Provide feedback to the Director of Life Enrichment for care plan development.
• Maintain communication with family members about resident participation.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
