The Claiborne at West Cobb, a Claiborne Senior Living community, seeks a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to craft engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for residents. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director in delivering programs that foster physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being, emphasizing connection, purpose, and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor.

• Ability to lead small group activities with confidence.
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings.
• Support resident participation and encourage engagement.
• Help prepare activity spaces and materials.
• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Partner with other departments to support community-wide events.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment.
