Job summary

Willapa Harbor Care in Raymond, WA is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Aide) to organize and lead scheduled activities and support residents during outings. You will document activity progress and collaborate with care teams to support individual care plans.

The role requires a friendly, outgoing personality, prior activity experience, and a food handler's permit (sponsorship available). Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour with DOE and full benefits offered.

• Must have positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Must have a food handler's permit (if you do not have one, we can sponsor you!)

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize scheduled activities according to the pre-planned activities calendar
• Assist with simple nursing tasks during activity outings, such as simple lifting, transferring, and feeding
• Participate in 1:1 activities with residents per their care plans
• Ensure all activities are logged and charted accurately for each resident
