Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center, part of the NHC family, is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging daily activities and compassionate interaction. Join our family-oriented team in Springfield, MO, with a schedule from 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., some weekends and holidays, competitive pay, and benefits designed to support staff and residents. You will plan activities, complete assessments, and collaborate with staff to ensure state

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Team player with basic typing and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher (for calendars, newsletters, and marketing materials).

Responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative individual who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about enhancing their quality of life.
