We are seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to enrich the lives of our residents through engaging activities and programs. This role is vital in creating a vibrant community where residents feel active and fulfilled.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programs tailored to our residents' interests and needs.
2. Promote community events and activities through effective communication channels.
3. Organize and facilitate activities such as games, painting, singing, and music sessions.
4. Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
5. Drive the community vehicle to transport residents to and from events (must be 21 or over).
6. Assist with setting up and breaking down events and activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect quickly and genuinely with residents.
• Talents in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia are a plus.
• Creative mindset with a positive attitude and energetic approach.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
