Life Enrichment Assistant (Education)

Other organizations sometimes call this role an Activities Assistant, but we believe this role deserves the very special title of Life Enrichment Assistant!

At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents to live an active vibrant life!

What will you get to do as a Life Enrichment Assistant?

1. Get to know the residents of our community to help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
2. Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
3. Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music, and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
4. Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
5. Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events (must be 21 or over).
6. Help set up and break down events and activities.
