What You’ll Do:

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts on Thursdays and Fridays, plus rotating 4-hour shifts on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• 1+ year of experience in activity development, planning, and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred).
• Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
