Life Enrichment Assistant (Education)

Other organizations sometimes call this role an Activities Assistant, but we believe this role deserves the very special title of Life Enrichment Assistant!
At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents' lives by promoting an active and vibrant lifestyle.
What will you do as a Life Enrichment Assistant?
- Get to know the residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programs that make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
- Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
- Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music, and assist in organizing and running these events.
- Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
- Drive the company vehicle occasionally (if 21 or over) to transport residents to and from events.
- Help set up and break down events and activities.
