• Transport residents to activities
• Encourage participation across varying abilities
• Maintain records of participation and feedback
• Work with staff to ensure safety and satisfaction
• Innovate to enhance resident experience
• Follow all safety and infection control policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with older adults, preferably in healthcare or senior living
• Understanding of aging-related limitations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Criminal background check and drug screening required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
