Job summary

The Brickmont at West Cobb, part of Claiborne Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for residents. You will support the Life Enrichment Director in activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being in a warm, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings.

The Brickmont at West Cobb, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.
