Job summary

Brickmont at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) / Caregivers to provide hands-on care to our senior residents. You’ll join a compassionate, team-oriented staff dedicated to daily wellbeing and comfort.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, meals, light housekeeping, documentation, and reporting changes in resident condition, with training provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
