Job summary

Park Vista Senior Housing Management, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Life Enrichment Aide at Noel Manor in Verona to engage residents in activities and support daily events. The role focuses on dignity, collaboration, compassion and transparency, with care and safety at the forefront of every interaction.

You’ll help with activity prep, escort residents to events, and assist with meal service, while keeping common areas tidy and welcoming for residents and guests alike.

LIFE ENRICHMENT AIDE BASE WAGE: Up to $18.50 per hour

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
• $1.50 per hour Weekend Shift Differentials

LIFE ENRICHMENT AIDE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Engage residents in scheduled activities
• Life Enrichment Aide will provide reminders/encouragement/escort to resident activities
• Maintain a clutter free environment, ensuring all activities and materials are prepped ahead of scheduled activities and cleaned up afterward
• Life Enrichment Aide will conduct activities/interests/getting to know interview meetings with all new admissions to assess interests and hobbies as directed by Life Enrichment Coordinator and Director
• Assist with meal service daily as directed
• Help ensure common areas are in excellent condition and ready for resident use/activities/social events – need to be clean, neat and organized
• Life Enrichment Aide will ensure resident safety, care and assistance needs are met prior to attending outings (sunscreen/bug spray, incontinence, meds, insulin, etc.)
• Assist with inventory of department equipment and supplies – relay (re)ordering to Life Enrichment Coordinator and Director
