Qualifications
- 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
- Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
- Team player, dedicated to supporting the group and getting the job done.
Responsibilities
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
- Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
- Evaluate patients based on background, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
- Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
