Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center seeks a caring Life Enrichment Activity Aide to keep residents active, engaged, and connected. You will assist with activities, events, and programs that enhance quality of life and foster a supportive community.

The role offers Full-Time schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with a pay range of $15.30–$16.50 per hour and a focus on creating meaningful, faith-based activities for seniors.

Qualifikationen

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and stay active throughout the day.
• Able to push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable in a Christian environment with devotions and Bible-based activities.

• Lead and assist with group and individual resident activities.
• Help plan and organize special events and activity programs.
• Prepare and post monthly activity calendars.
• Complete activity documentation and records.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Work with Life Enrichment team to provide meaningful programs.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Report concerns, incidents, or suspected abuse according to policy.

Description

Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center is looking for a caring and dependable Life Enrichment Activity Aide to help keep residents active, engaged, and connected. In this role, you will assist with activities, events, and programs that bring enjoyment and improve quality of life for our residents.
