Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Morganton, NC is seeking an Activities Assistant to support recreational, social, educational, and cultural programs for residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with planning and implementing activities aligned with each resident’s care plan, under supervision.

Must be enrolled in a high school program or hold a high school diploma; full-time schedule with first shift and some evenings; wage $14.00-$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-Time opportunity with 1st shift and some evenings.
• Wage: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs per resident care plan.
• Support resident engagement under supervision and as directed by supervisor.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
