Job summary

Saber Health Group in Virginia is seeking an enthusiastic team member to help plan, implement, and evaluate a variety of recreational and social programs for residents. You will work under supervision to ensure activities align with each resident’s assessment and care plan.

The role supports a family-like atmosphere, offers flexible pay options, and provides access to a comprehensive benefits package. Evening or weekend shifts may be required to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

• Wage: $18.00 per hour
