Job summary

Langhorne Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated team member to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and educational programs for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will work under supervision to ensure activities align with each resident's plan and overall care goals.

Requires a high school diploma or current enrollment, with full-time hours including mornings and one evening per week.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs for residents, under supervision and aligned with the care plan.

Position Summary: The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available

  • Shifts Needed: Mornings and One Evening Per Week

  • Wage: Negotiable
