Job summary

Oak Grove Health & Rehab Center seeks an enthusiastic helper to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational, and cultural programs for residents in accordance with each care plan.

You will contribute to a family-like atmosphere while supporting residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Wage starts at $16.00/hour with full-time and part-time opportunities, including evenings and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Follow supervisor directives to support resident well-being and engagement.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
